The Characters and Uses of Materials and Phenomena

This section may seem boring or not that useful to some, but in reality it should be very interesting and in a way, possibly the most useful.  When it comes to practical skills and making stuff from what is around, understanding problems and materials makes a person adaptable.  If we are well versed in the character and working properties of materials, vast possibilities open up.  If you want the ability to adapt to your environment, wherever and whenever, no matter what you have or don't have, then absorb this information and anything else you can find that is similar.  Some of these posts and videos will be very focused on one material or group of materials and others just happen to discuss the nature and/or working properties of some material, or ways to manipulate it.  All of this, as always, will be approached from a working, experiential angle, and never just theoretical.
